![]() Proportional Edit can be set to many different Falloff types (shown by a rollout near the blue circle Proportional Edit button). The mouse wheel changes the size of the region. You’ll see that all of the objects in the Proportional editing region (shown by a white circle) are affected. Now press, or to respectively move, scale or rotate while simultaneously rolling the mouse wheel.
